Position: Shopify Lead

Experience: 5+ Years

Location: Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop new projects with clean and excellent quality code.
Maintain, update and add new features to the current websites
Mentor and up-skill Junior Developers in the team
Liaise with the QA team to ensure that delivery is on high standards
Prepare estimation for the new projects.
Liaise with onshore counterpart /business owner to clarify queries and support them for UAT.

Mandatory Skills

At least 5 years of experience in eCommerce Development
2 years of experience in Shopify with at least one end-to-end Shopify Plus implementation experience
Experience in Shopify Storefront API
Strong skills in Liquid and experience in developing world class User Interfaces using HTML, CSS & JS (AJAX, JSON and various JS frameworks including JQuery as a minimum)
Experience with other PHP frameworks and backend PHP coding
A thorough understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues
Git and general version control experience and best practice
Strong interpersonal and written communication skills
Willingness to learn and master new technologies
A passion for frontend development and understanding of latest frameworks and technologies
