Position: Finance Executive
Location: Trivandrum
Experience: 2- 6  years’ experience in finance, Tax & compliance, in a medium-sized organization

Job purpose:

Financial Accounting, Taxation & other Compliance of IBS holding company and group companies.

Job description:

• Preparation and closing of books of accounts in a timely manner.
• Weekly reconciliation of bank accounts.
• Weekly reporting – receipts and disbursements of funds.
• Payment processing to vendors and payment tracking.
• Finalisation of accounts and deal with audit.
• Preparation of fund request.
• Income Tax assessments & filing of returns.
• Filing of statutory returns such as GST, TDS, MCA etc.

Job Requirements:

•  Basic knowledge of accounting, Taxation & compliance
• Be aware of and continuously assess and report the effect of external factors, social conditions, and government policies on the business.
• Ability to communicate and work as a team to achieve the organizational objectives
