One of our clients is seeking for a dynamic and professional Receptionist / Front Office Administrator to join their team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for the organization, ensuring a warm and professional experience for clients and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming customer calls and inquiries professionally.
  • Draft and respond to emails in a timely and professional manner.
  • Follow up with clients and maintain strong business relationships.
  • Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and handling inquiries.
  • Maintain records and documentation related to office administration.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth communication.

Requirements:

Experience: Prior experience in front office administration, customer service, or a similar role.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Multitasking: Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Proficiency: Familiarity with office tools (MS Office, Email, etc.).
Interpersonal Skills: A positive attitude and customer-oriented approach.
