We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced RPA Senior Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing, and growing existing client relationships, and driving revenue growth through the sales of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions.

Job Description:

  • Experience in business development or sales roles within the technology/software industry.
  • Lead generation, qualifying and nurturing – Inside sales.
  • Experience in working with enterprise customers based in the Middle East region.
    and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients.
  • Experience in skills such as prospecting, cold calling, email outreach etc.
  • Experience in engaging with customers in new/developing markets with an outreach cadence.
  • Manage and grow existing client accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Experience in selling software development services, BPM, RPA, Salesforce, Analytics
  • Operate with flexibility in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment.
  • Ability to build influential relationships and deliver results in a cross-functional environment.

Preferred Qualification

  • Bachelor’s/master’s degree in business, sales, marketing or a related field
  • 4-8 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the RPA industry
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing new business opportunities.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • Ability to sell value and create credibility.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
