Position: Business Development Coordinator

Location: Trivandrum
Our client is looking for a Trivandrum city based candidate who can work with high accuracy and efficiency to start immediately. This person needs to be highly analytical. Main responsibility will be assisting our business development teams with handling new & existing prospects customers sales call/email, products inquiries, pricing, account managements, social medias and any ad hoc functions.
Key job functions
- Answering new prospect & existing accounts products questions on the phone and emails
- New prospect and existing account management, business development and marketing related tasks
- Responding to after sales inquiries through emails and phone
- Updating fulfillment information via e-commerce platforms
- Preparing shipping documents
- Updating and uploading new skus for company websites e-commerce platforms
- Handling flyers and generating new leads with call calls and emails
- Submitting products through online web-portals or excel spreadsheet and site audits
- Submitting products proposal and maintaining customers’ portals
- Write technical and creative marketing copy for mailing lists and flyers
- Providing products updates, images, descriptions to clients
- Strong pricing and sales analysis
- Social medias postings, planning, implementing and monitoring the company’s social media strategy in order to increase brand awareness, improve marketing efforts and increase sales;
- Frequent liaison with customers and company team members. Ability to ensure team success.
Experience
- 1-2 years of work experience preferable
- Bachelor’s degree in business/marketing is required
- Proactive, highly analytical, team player and a problem solver
- Fast learner and multi-tasker
- Deliver exceptional results in a timely manner
A good team player, must work well as part of a focused growing team/department, with minimal supervision and a disciplined and productive “self-starter” work ethic.
